One of my favourite hiking tour is along a gentle slope reaching a small rocky hill top. On a trip few weekends ago, found this nice butterfly flapping along and sit still for a moment, long enough to get a few snaps😊.
It all but lasted for half a minute. The butterfly sat still, and let me get close enough to click. And it moved away as soon as I was done. Interestingly, this was a nice hairy fellow. Still searching on the type of this butterfly and will update more info when I find it.
There are many such rocky tops, surrounded by lush green grazing slopes. The area is replete with the echo of the bells on the animals (sheep🐑 and cattle🐄).
